These Terms of Use ( “Terms,” “terms and conditions”) represent a legal contract that determines the way you use Serpple (hereinafter known also as “website”, “tool,” “we,” “us”). Kindly go through these terms and conditions carefully before you start using our tool.

On opting for our tool and our services, you will abide by the Terms & Conditions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions as outlined in this document, we advise you not to proceed further with accessing our services or our tool.

Serpple, (the “tool” offers users access to its website at Serpple.com (the “Website”) and other features, content, and information related to search engine optimization (“SEO”), or any other features or information that is about to be offered from time to time by our Serpple Team, that includes and at the same time not limited to, search engine optimization, site profiling services, analytics, blogs, user-generated-content, surveys, etc (the “Services”).

Any person who accepts to use our tool and/or its Services must agree with this Serpple Terms of Use Agreement, which includes the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”), as well as all other policies and guidelines incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Changes to this agreement

The Terms of Use including the Privacy Policy and all other policies that constitute the use of the Service and the tool may be modified, changed, or altered, latency time by our Team’s sole discretion, without prior notice. However, our Team may decide whether to publish notices of material changes to this Agreement if necessary.

And, users shall be intimated on such notices before they become effective. The tool may offer its users certain free services which may or may not require prior registration to the Website, are offered at the sole discretion of the Serpple Team and even this can be modified, limited, or canceled without prior notice by our team as well.

Serpple may also offer paid services to its users that require prior registration and payment. In regards to the paid services offered by Serpple, the company reserves the right, in its sole disposition to:

  • Cancel any unconfirmed or inactive accounts;
  • Refuse to extend our service to anyone, irrespective of any reason at any appointed time;
  • Temporarily or indefinitely suspend any user from continuing using our tool or the Services.

Account access process

As a user of the SERPLE tool and its Services, you hold the sole responsibility of keeping your user ID and password confidential. You should never disclose your account access information to any third party.

At the same time, It is you who will be held responsible for any unauthorized communication or actions taking place through your account, irrespective of the fact that you did or didn’t issue any authorization for such actions yourself.

Prohibited from use

Users are prohibited from using our tool under any following activities,

  • For any illegal or unauthorized purposes, in a manner of violating copyrights or other laws applicable.
  • To hack, delete, or tamper with the operation of the Services.
  • Try to interfere with the operations of the Services by others.
  • Try to access the Services provided by others.
  • To transmit viruses, bugs, and other destructive codes.
  • To modify, lease, copy, distribute, sublicense, or resale without our knowledge or without seeking any prior written permission.
  • To remove, obscure, or modify our copyright notices, or any of our other proprietary rights.
  • To modify other websites in a way to create a fake impression that it is associated with Serpple.
  • To forward more than ten inquiries per second from a unique IP address.

Registration and billing policy

Users can avail of a free trial and this requires no credit card details. Moreover, to access a lot more than that users need to subscribe to our tool by providing credit card details. Once you register, you agree to notify us regarding the changes to be made to your billing details if any.

Payment

By subscribing to our tool, you are accepting our pricing as well as the regulations of the subscription.

Our subscription plans either monthly or yearly will give users their billing invoices accordingly. An auto-renewal of the Service is automatically activated upon each purchase.

Change in Fees

We may change the cost or may try to introduce new charges in the future or in any cases of increases of running cost of development environment and infrastructure. In such cases, we will notify our users in detail about the changes and the reason for them 30 days prior. 

Refund policy

At Serpple, we offer a money-back guarantee only for the unused days that remain in your subscription plan.

If you sign up for our tool and discover it’s not a perfect match, then you can contact us and ask for a cancellation.

We will refund your money for the number of unused days left as per your subscription plan within 10 days of receiving your cancellation request.

User Data

Serpple is a tool which helps SEO specialist to track their organic metrics. We at serpple try to keep all the premium users’ website ranking data as much as secured. In case of any illegal attacks or any accidental damages on the server environment, Serpple does not take any liability on those kind of loses.
